Federal Court Denies Native Hawaiian Prisoners’ Religious Rights

In a case in which Huy appeared as friend of the court, the U.S. District Court in Hawaii rejected various religious rights claims brought by Native Hawaiian prisoners. Huy was represented by the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) and Galanda Broadman. The court’s decision and Huy’s amicus brief are here.
