The United Indians of All Tribes Foundation DOC Native American Religious Program has published its Fall 2014 Newsletter to all of the Indian Circles in Washington State prisons. The newsletter, compiled by Program Manager Winona Stevens (Ho-chunk), brings news, compassion, hope and humor to the Circles.
